Stellar by Elie Saab

Stellar by Elie Saab is a residential building under construction in Yas Bay on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, developed by Royal Group. It will hold 144 residences in a single 19-storey tower, with interiors by the fashion house Elie Saab. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2028.

Residences and layouts The building will contain apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, two-level Garden Villas with three and four bedrooms, and two-level penthouses with four bedrooms. Apartments with one, two and three bedrooms are planned for floors one to seventeen. Two-bedroom units start at 143.64 m² and run to 181.15 m², priced from 4,923,680 AED. Three-bedroom units range from 192.67 m² to 213.96 m², from 7,333,950 AED. Prices start at 4,636,760 AED, at 28,719 AED per m².

Ownership and payment Apartments are sold as freehold. Pets are permitted in the building. Service charges are set at 236.81 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 12% on booking, 10% during construction and 80% on handover.

Interiors by Elie Saab Interiors for the homes and the common halls will be styled by Elie Saab. Elie Saab Maison furniture made in Italy is planned for the common halls. The palette pairs a neutral base with gold and bronze accents, light oak and white travertine. Buyers can furnish their homes with the Elie Saab Maison team, and owners will have personal consultations with the brand's designers plus special terms on orders from the collection. The Elie Saab brand was founded in 1982 and is a member of the French Chambre Syndicale. The furniture line was created by Elie Saab with architect Carlo Colombo under licence from Corporate Brand / A++ Group.

Arrival and shared floors The ground floor will hold an entrance area and halls for business meetings or working outside the apartment. A drop off area and valet parking are planned at the entrance, with a main lobby, restrooms and an ADA restroom nearby. The Residents' Lounge will have Elie Saab Maison furniture, work seats and meeting areas in natural daylight, with an outdoor lounge alongside. A conference room is planned on the same floor.

Pools, fitness and children's areas The main water deck is designed as a round terrace facing the sea and the Yas Island panorama. The second floor will have an outdoor swimming pool, a lap pool and a kids pool, with a pool side sitting area, outdoor showers, men's and women's changing rooms and an accessible restroom with shower. A BBQ area and an outdoor cinema are also planned for the second floor. The first floor will hold a gym with large windows, a sauna, changing rooms and an accessible restroom. A pickleball court and an outdoor yoga and stretching area are planned for the second floor. Children will have a kids' lounge with a transformable layout, plus indoor and outdoor play areas.

Location Yas Waterfront is a 10 minute walk away. Etihad Arena and Hilton Yas Island are 5 minutes away, Yas Marina (F1 Circuit) 7 minutes and Yas Links 8 minutes. Ferrari World Yas Island, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Disney are 10 minutes away, Burjeel Medical Centre Al Zeina 11 minutes, Yas Mall and Yas American Academy 12 minutes. Zayed International Airport is 13 minutes away, Al Raha Beach 15 minutes and Saadiyat Cultural District 25 minutes. Residents will have access to Crest Park by design.
