Barajeel Towers

Barajeel Towers is a freehold residential project of two towers by GJ Properties in Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman Downtown, in the emirate of Ajman. The project is under construction, with handover planned for Q4 2028. It will have 540 apartments across two towers, Tower A and Tower B, each with 30 floors.

Apartments and floor plans Barajeel Towers has 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartments are only in Tower B: 90 of them, with planned sizes of 101.09, 119.04 and 145.47 m² on typical floors. Two bedroom apartments are in both towers: all 270 apartments in Tower A have two bedrooms, and Tower B has 180 of them. On a typical floor in Tower A, a two bedroom apartment measures by plan from 133.81 to 199.24 m², and in Tower B from 147.76 to 177.45 m². Every tower has its own mix of apartments.

Terraces Both towers include a terrace floor. Apartment 101 in Tower A has a terrace of 13.21 by 11.90 m and a planned area of 412.25 m². The neighbouring apartment 102 has a terrace of 11.10 by 7.82 m and a dressing room.

Interiors and layout Typical floors are made in two versions: with a closed kitchen or with an open kitchen. Apartments have balconies and built-in wardrobes, high ceilings and large windows for daylight. Many layouts include a guest toilet in addition to the bathrooms. Finishes begin in the lobby.

Amenities and building services The amenities are a swimming pool and a gym. The building also has a health club, a children's play area and landscaped gardens. Security works around the clock, and there is covered parking and high-speed lifts. The building includes retail units.

Ownership, prices and payment Apartments are sold freehold. Prices start from 898,534 AED for a 1 bedroom apartment of 119.23 to 147.27 m², and from 935,276 AED for a 2 bedroom apartment of 146.71 to 313.65 m². The price per m² is 6256 AED, and the service charge is 64.58 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 36% during construction, 10% on handover and 49% after handover.
