Rockhill Tower

Rockhill Tower is a residential tower under construction in Al Alia, Ajman, developed by Rockhill Development. The building is scheduled for handover in Q2 2029, with prices starting from 280,000 AED. Apartments are sold as freehold, and buyers of any nationality can purchase them.

Apartments and Layouts

The tower rises G+26 and holds 416 apartments. The range covers studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments; three-bedroom layouts also appear in the developer's floor plans and press materials. Every home is equipped with smart home systems. Six parking levels sit beneath the residential floors, so residents park indoors rather than on the street.

Leisure and Wellness Facilities

Residents will have access to more than 25 amenities. An infinity pool and a resort-style pool with sun loungers, canopies and a garden form the main recreation area, joined by a barbecue zone and a shared lounge. A separate gym with panoramic windows, an outdoor running track, a yoga area and a golf simulator cover sport. The spa includes a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi by a panoramic window.

Entertainment and Community Spaces

A private cinema with a large screen and rows of leather seats will serve film nights and matches. The reading room is lined with floor-to-ceiling shelving and ends in a window seat. A games room with a billiard table, a dining table and a bar counter gives residents a place to host friends. A children's play area and family seating zones are planned on site.

Design and Architecture

The facade is designed with bold curved lines: a light surface broken by dark frames with rounded corners, topped by a semi-circular crown. Frames group windows and balconies across several floors, and at night the frames are lit. The lower section has a glass facade with vertical light slats and palm trees along the plot. A palm-lined alley with lighting leads to a glass entrance and a lobby finished in light marble and gold-toned metal, with a reception desk.

Developer and Building Management

Rockhill Development is a family company that designs the tower, builds it through its own contractor DMIU and manages the building after completion. This is the developer's first tower in Ajman and the first of four planned in the emirate; three further plots are already purchased, and the architectural committee has approved the design for one of them. Al Gafry is the architectural partner, while Rockhill Development handles the design of the building and the apartments itself. The property is guarded around the clock with cameras on site, and high-speed lifts connect the floors.
