Azizi Grand

Azizi Grand is a residential building under construction in Dubai Sports City, Dubai, developed by Azizi. The project is planned for handover in Q4 2026, and construction is 82% complete.

Apartments and layouts

The building will have 411 units across 14 floors. The unit mix covers studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments; there are no three-bedroom layouts. Two-bedroom apartments start at 102.84 m² and are priced from 1,940,000 AED.

By design, every apartment will have a balcony running along it and looking out at the greenery below. Typical plans range from 397 to 1099 sq ft of total area. A typical studio has a balcony of 3.18 by 1.30 m, and a one-bedroom apartment of the first type has one of 6.05 by 1.55 m.

Interiors

Windows will be double glazed, and bedroom windows will run from floor to ceiling in frames. Bedrooms will have tiled floors, built-in wardrobes, dressing tables and mirrors. Kitchens will be open plan, with durable worktops, premium appliances and spacious cabinets, and room for a dining area. Bathrooms will be minimalist with built-in shelves and cabinets. Built-in storage will extend to bedroom wardrobes, bathroom shelves and kitchen cabinets.

Amenities

Residents will have their own gym and two pools. The adult pool will sit opposite the gym, and the children's pool will be next to the play area. The building will have a concierge service, and pets are allowed.

Ownership and payment

Apartments are freehold. The payment plan is 20% on booking and 80% on handover. Buyer funds go to an escrow account at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year. The price per m² is 18,864 AED.

The district

Azizi Grand stands in Dubai Sports City, a multi-purpose sports complex in Dubai with several venues, alongside housing, shops and leisure spaces. The Dubai International Cricket Stadium, with a capacity of 25 000 spectators, and the Els Golf Club are in the district. Motor City and Dubai Autodrome are 3 minutes away, and the Equestrian Club is 2 minutes away. Mohammed Bin Zayed Road is 3 minutes away and Al Khail Road 8 minutes. City Centre Me'aisem is 10 minutes away, Dubai Marina and Bluewaters Island 18 minutes, Jumeirah Beach 20 minutes, Expo 2020 18 minutes and Al Maktoum International Airport 25 minutes.
