The Golf Place

The Golf Place is a residential project under construction in Dubai Sports City, developed by Prestige One. The building is scheduled for handover in Q1 2028, and construction has reached 36%. The project will contain 226 units across 19 floors, with prices starting from 1,450,000 AED.

Apartments and Layouts

The building will offer two and three bedroom apartments. The two bedroom units range from 127.72 m² to 143.18 m² and start from 1,770,000 AED. The price per square metre is 12,017 AED. Three bedroom layouts will include a guest powder room. Buyers should review the room distribution on the plan of the specific lot.

Ownership and Payment

The Golf Place is freehold. The payment plan is divided into 20% on booking, 45% during construction and 35% on handover. The service charge is 139.93 AED per m² a year.

The Building and Its Setting

The tower will stand directly opposite The Els Club golf club in Dubai Sports City. Its configuration is G+3P+19+R: an entrance level, three podium levels, nineteen residential floors and a roof. The high-rise section will sit above the podium, with shared spaces spread across the first floor, the podium and the roof. The architecture will follow the smooth lines and rhythm of the surrounding fairways, while the tower itself will have clear geometry. Walking paths will link the spaces inside the building. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

Entrance and Shared Spaces

The entrance level will include a Drop-Off Area and a Pick-Up Area, a Grand Entrance Lobby and concierge service. Security will operate around the clock. A Prestige Owners' Lounge is planned for owners, along with a running track and seating areas on this level. A separate element of the grounds is called Rolling Terrain. The Clubhouse with a cafe will be located on the podium, alongside a billiard table, a Library Lounge and a Digital Library. An Outdoor Theater is planned for open-air film screenings, with Event Function Space and an Outdoor Amphitheater for gatherings. The Barbeque Garden will be set up for grilling, and a Plant Nursery will also be on the podium.

Sport, Children's Areas and the Roof

The podium will hold a basketball court, a badminton court and a mini-golf course, plus a running track. Children's Adventure Park will include a Mini Rock Climbing Wall. On the roof, Little Explorers' Zone and Splash Adventure Zone are planned. The Skyline Infinity Pool will be on the roof with Floating Cabanas and Sunken Loungers, complemented by Sky Deck and Sun Deck, a Pool Bar and an Outdoor Shower. The Prestige Wellness Centre will have separate men's and women's changing rooms and a Locker Area.

Getting Around

Dubai International Cricket Stadium lies within the district. The drive to Dubai Autodrome is about 10 minutes, to Jumeirah Golf Estates about 15 minutes and to Dubai Miracle Garden about 12 minutes. Global Village is roughly 18 minutes away. GEMS FirstPoint School is 5 minutes away, Repton School Dubai 8 minutes and Nord Anglia International School Dubai 12 minutes. Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is 10 minutes away, Saudi German Hospital 20 minutes and American Hospital Dubai 25 minutes. Dubai Marina Mall is 15 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates 20 minutes and Dubai Mall 25 minutes. The drive to Dubai International Airport (DXB) takes 20 minutes and to Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) 30 minutes.
