Antalya

Antalya is a new residential tower under construction in Dubai Sports City, developed by Karma Developers. The building is planned for handover in Q3 2028. It will hold 237 apartments in an 18 storey tower, with prices starting from 1,177,716 AED.

Ownership and Registration

Apartments at Antalya are sold as freehold. The project is registered with the Dubai Land Department, and buyer funds go to an escrow account held at First Abu Dhabi Bank.

Payment Plans

Several payment schedules are available. One divides the price into 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% after handover. Another runs 20% on booking, 40% during construction, 10% on handover and 30% after handover. A further option sets 20% on booking, 10% during construction and 70% on handover. The last runs 5% on booking, 43.12% during construction, 3.88% on handover and 48% after handover.

Apartments and Layouts

Layouts range from studios of 38.58 m² to three bedroom homes. One bedroom units measure 73.71 m² to 77.03 m² and start at 1,211,762 AED. Two bedroom units run from 107.27 m² to 120.86 m², from 1,576,451 AED. Three bedroom units start at 146.39 m² and 2,477,380 AED, and only ten of them are planned in the building. Apartment 1501, a three bedroom home on the 15th floor, will have 31.51 m² of balconies. Apartment 211, a two bedroom unit of 117.94 m², is planned with two balconies of 33.59 m² in total, the larger one sized for outdoor dining. Apartment 101, a one bedroom unit of 74.86 m², will have a balcony of 17.11 m². Interiors are designed in light tones with wood and metal details, open kitchens and built in wardrobes.

Amenities

Residents will share an infinity pool, a overflow pool, a children's pool, a jacuzzi and a pool bar. The grounds are planned with a zen garden, a family recreation area, a dog park, a mini golf course, a children's playground and a barbecue zone. An open air cinema and a club room with a billiard and snooker table are part of the common areas. Fitness facilities include an indoor gym, an outdoor gym, an open air yoga area and two saunas, one for men and one for women, with separate changing rooms. Nanny and apartment cleaning services will be available on request.

Parking and Location

Two parking levels sit above the first floor, followed by fifteen more floors, and parking is covered. The tower stands 1 minute from Dubai International Cricket Stadium, 2 minutes from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and 4 minutes from Al Khail Road. Dubai International (DXB) is 22 minutes away and Al Maktoum International 24 minutes.
