Azizi Milan 18

Azizi Milan 18 is a 39-storey residential tower under construction in the City of Arabia district of Dubai, within the wider Azizi Milan neighbourhood. Azizi Developments is the developer, and handover is scheduled for Q2 2027. The building holds 1361 apartments sold as freehold.

Apartments and sizes

The tower includes studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. Studios run from 30.96 m² to 43.76 m² and start at 738,000 AED. One bedroom homes measure 52.95 m² to 76.27 m², from 1,092,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments span 89.93 m² to 99.41 m², from 1,761,000 AED, and three bedroom homes range from 123.1 m² to 156.63 m², from 2,475,000 AED. The price per m² is 17,016 AED.

Water and greenery by design

A beach pool will sit at podium level, and a panoramic pool with a garden is planned for the top of the tower. Podiums will link the residential towers of Azizi Milan, with sculptural gardens, fountains, palms around the pools and wooden decking with sun loungers under canopies. A two-storey marble lobby will welcome residents, and interiors will use neutral tones, wood and considered lighting.

Amenities in the building

Residents will have a gym with a sauna and steam room, a basketball court and a private cinema room. A barbecue area and children's play areas, indoors and outdoors, are part of the plans. Every apartment comes with its own parking space, and security runs day and night. A service charge of 172.22 AED per m² a year applies.

The wider Azizi Milan district

Azizi Milan is planned as a district with a canal, a covered galleria and a park, and it sits directly on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. A pedestrian Italian-style street with boutiques and cafes forms part of the neighbourhood. The district is designed around a zero carbon footprint, with solar panels, local materials and green roofs on its buildings. An international K12 school, a community hospital and a mosque are included in Azizi Milan.

Location and payment

IMG Worlds of Adventure is a minute's drive away, Cityland Mall four and Global Village five. Downtown Dubai and Dubai Airport DXB are each 25 minutes away. Buyers pay 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. Payments go to an escrow account held at Commercial Bank of Dubai, and the project is registered with the Dubai Land Department under number 3694.
