Belle Reve

Belle Reve is a five floor residential building under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Zimaya Properties is building it, and handover is planned for Q4 2026. The project holds 187 apartments, and construction is 80% complete.

Apartments and sizes

The current release covers one bedroom apartments from 69.82 m² to 75.28 m², priced from 1,275,000 AED. The price per m² is 17,882 AED. Every layout has a private balcony, and several apartments will have their own pool by design. The three bedroom apartments, which include a maid's room and a storage room, will have balconies from 635.61 to 636.69 ft2. Belle Reve will also include a guest lobby with a glass facade, a high ceiling and a pastel palette.

Pool, garden and children's areas

A semi Olympic pool with cabanas and water fountains will sit in the middle of the project, with a deck and lounge alongside. A sunken garden next to the pool will be arranged as a place to meet with the fountain and the water in view. Children get a play area, and the building will also have a playroom. A landscaped garden and a walking path complete the outdoor areas.

Rooftop

A semi basketball court will be set at roof level, along with a spacious barbecue area. A round lounge on the roof will be light and open. Cinema screenings are planned under the open sky. The roof terrace is listed among the amenities, together with a yoga studio, a gym, a club house, a barbecue area and a sports court.

Sport and shared spaces

Training facilities will include a gym with high class equipment, a separate yoga studio, a padel court, a table tennis court and a multi purpose court. A club house will be available for residents to gather, and coworking spaces are planned for work. Electric vehicle charging stations and an organic greenhouse are part of the project.

Ownership, payment and handover

Apartments are sold freehold. The escrow account of the project is held at Mashreq Bank. The payment plan is 54% on booking and 50% on handover. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2026.

JVC contains 40 man made parks, and Circle Mall sits within the district. Al Khail Road and Hessa Street provide exits from the area. Four bus stops serve JVC: Samer Park, Noor Residences, Season Community Autumn and Sandoval Lane Apartments 1.
