Beverly Grande

Beverly Grande is a ten-storey residential building under construction in Motor City, Dubai. HMB Homes is the developer. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027.

Apartments and prices

The building will hold 296 apartments. Studios range from 38.23 m² to 62.71 m² and start at 849,000 AED. One-bedroom homes range from 63.82 m² to 106.21 m² and start at 1,350,000 AED. Two-bedroom homes range from 126.19 m² to 151.44 m² and start at 2,100,000 AED. The price per m² is 13,652 AED.

Ownership and payment plan

Apartments are sold as freehold. The payment plan is set out as 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year. Construction progress stands at 2%.

Three levels of amenities

The project plans 41 zones across three levels. On the Ground floor there will be ten zones: a main entrance, shallow water, shrubs, separate vehicle entry and exit, the Grande Lobby, lift lobbies, courtyards, bicycle parking and a reading and business meeting room. The First floor will hold 22 leisure zones, among them an infinity pool with a city view, an open-air bar, an inner beach, an Inner Water Beach Lounge, a Water Wellness Zone, an indoor wellness centre, men's and women's changing rooms, The Mind Garden Zone and Garden Serenity Zone. The First floor also includes a fully equipped gym, an Outdoor Gym Terrace, a Scenic Jogging Track among trees, a Mini Golf Zone, a Ping Pong Zone, an open-air cinema, a club house with a playroom and an open terrace. The roof will carry seven leisure zones, including a padel court, a mini-basketball court, a BBQ Social Hub, a Shaded Rooftop Café Zone, a Lounge Terrace, a Sunset Terrace, a Sunset Meditation Terrace and an Arena View Zone. A tennis court is also planned in the building.

For children and families

The First floor plans an Outdoor Kids Zone, a Kids Pool Zone and a Tiny Waves Kids Zone, together with family lounges and recreation areas. Gems Metropole school is listed within walking distance. Four kindergartens and eight schools are listed in neighbouring communities.

Dubai Miracle Garden will be 5 minutes away by car. Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club will be 10 minutes away, Dubai Hills Mall 12 minutes, and Global Village and Expo City Dubai 15 minutes. Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport will each be 30 minutes away. Within walking distance the following are listed: Gems Metropole, Camden Park, Windsor Park, Spinneys, Waitrose, Carrefour, Dubai Autodrome, Kartdrome, restaurants, cafes, a medical centre, a hospital, a veterinary clinic, Park Inn by Radisson, First Avenue Mall and The Ribbon. A station on the Pink Line of the metro is planned.
