Mövenpick Residences

Mövenpick Residences is a 30 floor branded tower planned in Motor City, Dubai, developed by CITYVIEW Developments. The project is under construction with handover scheduled for Q4 2028, and 7% of construction is complete. It will operate under the Mövenpick hotel brand, part of Accor.

Apartments and Sizes

The tower will hold 412 units in total. Studios will range from 33.17 m² to 37.53 m² and start at 809,000 AED, and they will be sold fully furnished. One bedroom apartments will span 62.43 m² to 70.14 m² from 1,247,000 AED, and two bedroom apartments will run from 91.97 m² to 97.92 m² from 1,874,000 AED, with partial furnishing. Living rooms and bedrooms will have 3.3 m ceilings, kitchens 2.7 m, and every apartment will have floor to ceiling windows and a smart lock.

Payment Plan

The payment structure is 20% on booking, 10% during construction and 70% on handover. A separate arrangement allows 40% before handover: 20% in the first two months after booking and another 20% in four installments every six months, with 60% due on key handover in Q4 2028. The service charge is 226.04 AED per m² a year.

Rooftop and Podium

An infinity pool will sit on the roof at a depth of 1.8 m, under a curved arch that completes the tower's silhouette, and the top floors will look out over the Dubai skyline. The podium will hold gardens, pools and courts, including a free form family pool 1.3 m deep, a children's pool and changing rooms. A running track will follow the edge of the podium, and the podium gardens will include a Mediterranean garden, a Japanese zen garden and a Sky Garden for meditation. A 21st floor level will hold a coworking space and lounge areas among potted trees. The tower will sit above two parking floors with the lobby below.

Sport and Family Amenities

Fitness areas will be equipped with Technogym equipment, with an indoor gym with windows into the garden and an outdoor gym on the podium. A padel court and a half basketball court will be on site, alongside a steam room and sauna. Children will have two play areas, one outdoors on the podium with slides, swings and a carousel and one indoor play room. Dogs will be allowed, with a fenced lawn, a slide and play equipment behind a wooden fence.

Service and Brand

Mövenpick, a Swiss hotel brand with Accor since 1948, will run the residence, which will have a concierge, doormen and valet parking plus an owner services team. Owners will receive an invitation to PLATINUM status in the Accor Live Limitless programme, a VIP booking desk for Accor hotels, and room upgrades on arrival when available. The Accor Ownership Benefits programme fee will be included in the service charge, and apartments may be leased from the first day after handover. The lobby will have a second light ceiling and floor to ceiling glazing, with a ramp to a canopy and a water feature beneath it.
