Beverly Park is an 11-storey residential tower under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, built by HMB Homes. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027, and construction is 7% complete. The building will hold 159 apartments, and buyers will own their units as freehold.

Apartments and Floor Plans

The home mix comprises 81 studios, 49 one-bedroom apartments and 29 two-bedroom apartments. There are no three-bedroom units. Studio plans run from 427 to 437 sq ft, one-bedroom plans from 721 to 1161 sq ft, and two-bedroom plans from 1086 to 1169 sq ft. The catalogue lists one-bedroom units from 68.17 m² to 68.83 m² and two-bedroom units from 100.88 m² to 108.62 m². Interiors will have high ceilings, a light colour palette and a smart home system.

Amenities on Two Levels

Shared spaces will occupy the second floor and the roof. The second floor will hold an indoor gym with changing rooms and a spa area, a yoga and meditation space, an outdoor training area, the Zen Garden with an open lounge and reading corner, a coworking space and meeting room, a cinema room, a Dining Lounge, a children's play area and an interactive games zone. The tower stands in Dubailand near Dubai Al Ain Road. Silicon Central Mall and Al Habtoor Polo Resort are 8 minutes by car, Dubai Outlet Mall and IMG Worlds of Adventure 10 minutes, Global Village 16 minutes and Dubai Safari Park 25 minutes. Al Maktoum International Airport is 28 minutes away and Palm Jumeirah 35 minutes. The Aquila School, GEMS First Point School, Aster Clinic and a public park sit near the building, with Dubailand London Clinic, Centro Community Park and West Sport Area further out.

Prices and Payment Plans

Prices start at 1,025,000 AED for a one-bedroom apartment, and the price per m² is 14,184 AED. Two-bedroom units start at 1,434,476 AED. Studios and one-bedroom apartments will be sold on a 60/40 plan: 20% on booking, 10% after 60 days, then 10% at 20%, 40% and 60% construction progress, with 40% on handover. Two-bedroom apartments follow a 30/70 plan: 20% on booking, 10% at 20% construction progress and 70% on handover. A 4% DLD fee applies. Buyer payments go to the project escrow account at Mashreq Bank. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² per year.
