Cove Edition II is a 13-floor residential tower under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubailand, Dubai. Imtiaz builds it, and handover is planned for Q4 2026, with construction 60% complete. The building holds 261 freehold units, and prices start at 990,000 AED.

The building and its homes Cove Edition II is a single tower with apartments in total. Units are studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms, and all are handed over fully furnished. The one-bedroom apartments measure 68.98 m² to 69.18 m² and start at 1,050,000 AED. The two-bedroom apartments measure 109.07 m² to 118.02 m² and start at 1,881,000 AED. The price per m² is 14,342 AED, and the service charge is 172.22 AED per m² a year.

Rooftop water, grills and lounge The roof is given over to residents' relaxation, and water is its centrepiece. An infinity pool will be shaped so that its edge meets the horizon line. Cabanas with seating, a barbecue area with modern grills and an open-air lounge will also stand on the roof. Children will have a separate pool with a child's depth, a safe design and splash zones.
