Azra Residence

Azra Residence is a new residential building under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, developed by Enaam Properties Development. The 13-floor house will hold 126 apartments and is scheduled for handover in Q2 2027. Construction is 28% complete, and homes are freehold.

Apartments and layouts

The project will include 61 one-bedroom residences, 59 with two bedrooms and six with three bedrooms. One-bedroom apartments range from 69.96 m² to 107.12 m² and start at 970,000 AED. Two-bedroom homes range from 115.39 m² to 146.88 m² and start at 1,500,000 AED. By design, some larger layouts will include a separate study room, and the plan of each apartment should be checked for its position relative to the bedroom. A selection of ground-floor apartments will have a terrace with a garden and a private plunge pool, with a deck beside the water.

Shared amenities

Residents will have access to an infinity pool and a separate children's pool, a gym and a yoga studio. An outdoor cinema and a barbecue area are planned, along with a children's play area, a club room and a prayer room. A podcast room will be fitted with sound-absorbing wall panels and a backlit moss wall. The gym will have a wooden ceiling and built-in storage for equipment.

Daily operations and security

The building will have a reception desk and concierge at the entrance, and security staff will be on site around the clock. Smart home automation is included in the specifications, with the exact set of functions to be agreed for each apartment. An EV charging station is planned, and guest parking will be available for visitors. Service charges are 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Payment plan

Buyers pay 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. The price per square metre is 10,035 AED.

Location and the wider district

The house will stand in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), within Dubailand, with green zones in the surroundings and connections to the city's main roads. Dragon Mart, with furniture, home goods and electronics, and Dubai Outlet Mall, with more than 240 shops and restaurants, are nearby for shopping. Global Village, a seasonal cultural and entertainment centre, the Museum of the Future and Sky Views Observatory are among the city destinations in reach, along with Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Frame, Jumeirah Mosque and Al Barari Playground.
