Chelsea Gardens is a new-build residential project by Alaia Developments in Jumeirah Gardens, Dubai. The building is under construction, with handover planned for Q2 2027. Construction is 10% complete, and the development is freehold.

The Building

Chelsea Gardens will have 59 units across 8 floors. The project includes 1 bedroom apartments from 73.02 m² to 129.79 m², priced from 1,900,888 AED, and commercial units from 141.68 m², priced from 6,405,888 AED. Prices for the project start at 1,721,270 AED, at 21,271 AED per m². By design, the building will have an entrance named The City's Front Door, leading into a modern lobby with a reception desk and waiting area seating. A gym will be equipped with Technogym equipment, and pets will be allowed in the building.

Terraces and Plunge Pools

By design, some apartments will have a plunge pool on the terrace. The one bedroom layouts 01, 02 and 05 will each have a small pool adjoining the terrace. Layouts 01 and 05 will appear on the first floor and on floors above it, while layout 02 will be on the first floor only.

Interiors and Finishes

Living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas will be finished in calm light tones. Living and sleeping areas will be separated in the one and two bedroom apartments. Kitchens will come with built-in Bosch appliances, and bathrooms will have Grohe sanitaryware. Apartments will be handed over with premium finishes.

Payment Plan and Service Charge

The payment plan is 20% on booking, 5% during construction and 75% on handover. The service charge is 129.17 AED per m² a year. Buyer funds will be held in an escrow account at Mashreq Bank.

The project sits in Jumeirah Gardens. By design, it will be 3 minutes from DIFC and WTC, 4 minutes from Burj Khalifa, 2 minutes from City Walk and Coca-Cola Arena, 5 minutes from La Mer beach, 6 minutes from Dubai Water Canal, 1 minute from SZR and 12 minutes from DXB airport.
