Golf Grove By Regent is a seven-floor residential building under construction in Dubai Production City, also known as IMPZ. Regent Developments is the developer, and completion is scheduled for Q1 2028. The project holds 98 freehold units and construction is 9% complete.

Homes and Sizes The building holds 56 studios and 42 one-bedroom apartments. Apartments of one bedroom start at 71.05 m² and go up to 108.99 m², with prices from 999,000 AED and 11,758 AED per m². The 1 Bed Garden Suite layout reaches up to 1173 sq ft and includes a private green plot. Ceiling heights and layouts vary by unit type.

Payment Terms 20% is due on booking, 10% during construction, and 70% on handover. The annual service charge is set at 161.46 AED per m².

Views and Golf The design places wide windows in the homes and frames views of the Jumeirah Golf Estates courses. A golf simulator is planned for the roof, and the project sits minutes from the Jumeirah Golf Estates clubhouse.

Rooftop and Wellness The Rooftop Amenity Deck will hold 12 zones for sport and rest.
