Greenfield Living is a residential building under construction in Dubai South, developed by Greenfield Development. The project is scheduled for handover in Q4 2027, and construction is 33% complete. It will hold 52 apartments across a G + 4 building, sold as freehold.

Apartments and Sizes

The building will contain 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. The 1 bedroom units range from 61.32 m² to 80.08 m² and start at 957,000 AED. The 2 bedroom units range from 90.49 m² to 105.72 m² and start at 1,308,000 AED. Apartment areas will run from 694.06 to 1174.23 sq ft.

Layouts and Internal Features

Among the 1 bedroom options, some layouts will include an additional study room. Unit 12 will measure 694.06 sq ft and Unit 2 will measure 703.31 sq ft; both will have a living and dining room, a kitchen, a separate laundry room and one bathroom, with the bedroom separated from the main room. Unit 8 will cover 858.53 sq ft with a study and two bathrooms. Unit 9 will cover 885.76 sq ft, also with a study, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living and dining room. In the 2 bedroom layouts, the laundry area will be either separate or combined with the kitchen. Unit 4 and Unit 10 will be the most compact 2 bedroom options at 1003.52 and 1011.16 sq ft, each with two bathrooms, a living and dining room and a kitchen combined with the laundry.

Kitchen and Bathroom Equipment

Kitchens will be fitted with CM Kitchen appliances, and bathrooms will use Jaquar sanitary ware. Buyers will be able to discuss specific equipment brands when selecting an apartment. Apartments will have floor to ceiling windows and open balconies.

Rooftop and Shared Spaces

The shared roof will hold a Yoga Deck, a Zen Garden, an Outdoor Cinema and a Sky BBQ Lounge. Inside the building, residents will have access to a coworking lounge, an equipped gym, a yoga studio, a pool, a landscaped garden and a children's play area. A lobby and common spaces will complement the residential floors. On a typical floor, apartments will connect to the lift lobby and corridor, with a service room and a refuse room separately designated.

Ownership, Payments and Service Charges

The service charge is set at 172.22 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 14% on booking, 10% during construction and 80% on handover, with an alternative of 24% on booking and 80% on handover. The project sits in Dubai South, a district planned around aviation, trade and logistics, with a master plan covering 145 square kilometres that combines residential quarters, commercial clusters and logistics zones. Al Maktoum International Airport is 8 minutes away by car, Expo City Dubai 13 minutes, The Outlet Village 20 minutes, Jebel Ali port 30 kilometres, Dubai Marina 30 minutes and Downtown Dubai 40 minutes.
