Lucky Oasis Residence

Lucky Oasis Residence is a new residential building under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, developed by Lucky Aeon. The 11-floor project is scheduled for handover in Q4 2027 and is currently 20% complete. It will hold 161 units, combining studios and apartments with separate bedrooms in one building.

Apartments and Sizes

The building will contain 37 studios, 84 one-bedroom apartments, 17 two-bedroom apartments and 5 three-bedroom apartments. Studios will range from 36.88 m² to 39.67 m² and start at 699,999 AED. One-bedroom units will run from 74.69 m² to 79.62 m², starting at 1,119,999 AED, while two-bedroom apartments will span 108.7 m² to 119.75 m² from 1,594,999 AED. Three-bedroom homes will measure 174.66 m² to 187.57 m² and start at 2,274,999 AED.

Terraces and Layouts

Interior rooms will be complemented by open terraces. One studio layout will have 32.67 m² inside and 7.15 m² on the terrace, 39.82 m² in total. A one-bedroom type will offer 69.71 m² internally and 38.11 m² outside, 107.82 m² overall, while another one-bedroom type will have 65.24 m² inside and 14.50 m² outside, 79.74 m² in total. Two-bedroom layouts will include one with 90.92 m² under roof and 20.99 m² on the terrace, 111.91 m² in total, and another with 69.94 m² inside and 37.94 m² outside, 107.88 m² overall. Three-bedroom types will range from 136.07 m² inside and 52.43 m² outside, 188.50 m² in total, to 147.06 m² inside and 90.90 m² outside, 237.96 m² overall.

Amenities in the Building

Residents will have access to a beach-style pool with a shallow area, a gym overlooking the pool, and indoor and outdoor fitness studios. A yoga room will be set aside for practice and meditation, and a running track will be provided for jogging. Mini golf will be arranged for family play, and a golf simulator will offer virtual courses. The building will also include a coworking space, a club house and club room, a library corner, a prayer room, and storage areas.

Rooftop and Outdoor Spaces

A garden will occupy the podium level, alongside a barbecue area and gazebos. The roof will hold a plunge pool and a sky lounge with a panoramic view. A cinema will operate under the open sky.

Family and Guest Facilities

A guest room will be provided for visiting family members and guests. Children will have an indoor playroom and an outdoor playground, and a children's pool will add to these spaces. The building will also contain an arcade games room and a cinema room. Apartments will come with a European kitchen, countertops and appliances, and a smart home system.

Ownership and Payment

The project is freehold. Service charges are set at 161.46 AED per m² per year, and the price per m² is 12,918 AED. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover.
