Beverly Crown

Beverly Crown is a 13-storey residential tower that HMB Homes is building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Apartments are scheduled for handover in Q4 2028, and prices start at 690,000 AED. The building will hold 211 units, from studios to two-level duplexes.

Apartments and layouts

By design the tower holds four kinds of home. Studio Luna measures 439 to 457 sq ft and there are 66 of them. The one-bedroom layouts Origin and Vista run from 715 to 907 sq ft across 134 apartments. Horizon has two bedrooms plus an office in 1 365 sq ft, with 9 units, and the two-level Sanctuary duplex measures 2 322 sq ft, with 2 apartments in the building. The unit schedule lists studios from 40.6 m² at 690,000 AED and one-bedroom homes from 66.33 m² at 1,080,000 AED.

The stepped tower

The building has a stepped silhouette, and the floor plates narrow towards the top. Floors two to ten will each hold 17 apartments, the 11th floor 16, the 12th 15 and the top floor 14. The ground floor will hold 13 apartments, the gym and a garden, and residents will enter through the Crown Lobby. The design follows a modern classic style with strict geometry, high ceilings and open volumes, and homes will include smart home features with Smart Room Integration in the amenities list.

Rooftop amenities

The roof will be given over to residents: an infinity pool called Crown Infinity Pool, a jogging track, a pickleball court and a garden. The Horizon Rooftop Lounge will sit on two sides of the water, alongside a Garden Sitting Area and a Meditation Garden. A Rooftop BBQ and The Gathering Zone will serve meetings with neighbours and guests, and an Outdoor Private Cinema and The Retreat Zone are also planned. The ground-floor gym sits below, with a mini-golf area for light play and a Kids Playground Area for children. The full amenities list includes a barbecue area, cinema room, golf area, gym, infinity pool, children's playground, landscaped garden, lobby, lounge, rooftop terrace, jogging track and sports court.

Location and daily needs

JVC stands between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Circle Mall, supermarkets and cafes are within walking distance, and the same walkable area holds a medical centre with a hospital, schools with nurseries and a veterinary clinic. Remram Park and Gadaf Park JVC, a dog park, a mosque and the Nesto hypermarket are close to Beverly Crown. The area was planned for family life, with parks and paths, nurseries and everyday errands within a walk.

Finishes and payment

Apartments will be handed over finished and with built-in appliances, with brands named in advance. Floors will be laid with Provenza Unique porcelain in the shade Travertine Minimal White, and the kitchen will run on gas with a TEKA tempered glass hob with cast iron grates and a gas oven with grill. A 12-place dishwasher, a 275 litre fridge and a 25 litre microwave will be built in, and a washing machine will be integrated in some apartments and freestanding in others depending on unit type. Floor-to-ceiling windows will stand in the living room and the bedroom, with preparation for a fully managed curtain system. Ownership is freehold, buyer funds go to a project escrow account at United Bank Limited, and the price is 15,434 AED per m² with a service charge of 150.69 AED per m² a year.
