Maison Elysee III

Maison Elysee III is a residential tower under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, built by Pantheon. The 28-floor building is planned for handover in Q4 2027 and stands at 4% construction progress. It will hold 377 units, from studios to commercial spaces, sold as freehold.

Apartments and layouts The tower is planned around studios and one and two bedroom apartments. Studios start at 44.64 m² and at 919,900 AED, while one bedroom homes run from 57.85 m² to 115.25 m² and start at 1,159,900 AED. Apartment sizes across the house range from 377.92 to 1258.41 sq ft, and the largest one bedroom layouts exceed the two bedroom ones in floor area. Every apartment will have spacious balconies, built-in wardrobes and high grade porcelain tile, with kitchens by individual design and Teka appliances.

Commercial units Beyond homes, the tower includes commercial units from 288.02 m², priced from 10,850,775 AED. By design they let residents handle part of daily errands inside the building.

Amenities in the building A swimming pool, a landscaped garden and a gym are planned for the house, along with an outdoor training area. Residents will have a cinema, a barbecue zone, a children's play area and a multipurpose hall indoors. A rooftop terrace sits at the top of the tower.

Finishes and smart systems Each apartment is equipped as a smart home. Bathrooms will be spacious, air conditioners of a high class will be installed, and premium lighting and custom fittings complete the interior. Decorative details finish the rooms, with premium materials used in every room.

Prices, payment and ownership Prices start at 919,900 AED, with a rate of 19,631 AED per m². The payment plan runs 20% on booking, 40% during construction, 5% on handover and 35% after handover, settled over 35 months once the keys are in hand. Buyers' funds go to an escrow account held at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.
