Sky Suites is a residential tower under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, built by Peace Homes Development. Handover is planned for Q4 2026, and construction is 56% complete. The building is freehold and holds 240 units across 15 floors, with prices from 909,500 AED.

Apartments and Layouts

Sky Suites contains studios from 43.48 m², one bedroom apartments and two bedroom duplexes. The studio measures 470 sq ft, and a plunge pool sits by the balcony on its plan. One bedroom homes come in six layouts, A to F, each with a plunge pool at the balcony; type C is the most compact, type B is a little larger, type A faces the building pool, and type D is a corner unit facing the neighbourhood. Each one bedroom has a bedroom separated from the living room, with an en suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The duplexes have three layouts, A, B and C, and each comes with a pool, a jacuzzi and an open air cinema, plus a private roof with a pool and barbecue area reached only from the apartment.

Interiors and Technology

Bathrooms are finished in Italian marble to a custom design, and the fittings are Italian. Kitchens come with German appliances, and the ceramics in the building are from Versace. Every apartment has a fully integrated smart home system built in. Units are handed over fully furnished with equipped kitchens.

Amenities in the Building

The lobby covers 8000 sq ft, with a valet at the entrance. Residents have a restaurant, a business lounge, a library and a common room. Leisure space includes a bowling alley, a cinema, mini golf and an outdoor cinema. The spa is split into men's and women's sections, each with a steam room and jacuzzi, and there is a sauna. For sport there is a fully equipped gym, an aerobics studio, a multi sport court and a running track, alongside a children's play area. The pool area has sun loungers in the water, a separate children's pool, aqua gymnastics and a covered jacuzzi. Security runs around the clock.

Ownership, Payments and Charges

Buyers receive full freehold ownership, and payments go to the project escrow account at Mashreq Bank. The plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover, with a 4% Dubai Land Department fee added at booking and the construction portion split into ten parts. The service charge is 172.22 AED per m² a year. The price per m² is 20,918 AED.
