Marina Place 2

Marina Place 2 is a new residential project by Emaar Properties in Rashid Yachts & Marina, Mina Rashid, Dubai. The development is under construction and consists of two residential towers above a shared garden podium. Homes are priced from 2,080,000 AED.

Ownership and Home Formats

All apartments and townhouses are sold as freehold, and a citizen of any country can buy them. The project has four home formats: apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, and townhouses with three bedrooms. Townhouse residents will have the park right at their doorstep. Apartment layouts are planned with high ceilings and large windows.

Towers Above a Garden Podium

The two towers will rise above a podium holding gardens, yoga platforms and a barbecue area. Residents' shared spaces are gathered on this one level. The architecture is planned with clean lines, natural materials and light facades that echo the water around. Balconies with gently rounded edges will run the full height of the towers. From the upper floors, residents will look out on the harbour, the sea and the Dubai skyline.

Infinity Pool and Resident Amenities

The main recreation area will centre on an infinity pool whose edge faces the marina, with sun loungers, umbrellas and greenery alongside. A fully equipped gym and multifunctional halls for residents are planned nearby, suitable for a meeting, a class or a family celebration. Gardens with yoga platforms and children's play areas will be set out on the podium and around the building. Shops and restaurants are planned at street level.

The Marina District

Rashid Yachts & Marina is conceived as a full-service berth for yacht owners, with promenades, restaurants and shops around the water. The district is planned to include a marina for superyachts, wide promenades, branded hotels and restaurants. The QE2 hotel stands next door. Wooden-decked walking paths with palm trees will line the berths.

Getting Around

Al Shindagha is 18 minutes away, Downtown Dubai 25 and Dubai Marina 30. Sheikh Zayed Road is 10 minutes from the project.
