The Corner

The Corner is an under construction residential building by Arabian Gulf Properties in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, within the Dubailand Residence community. The single 8-floor block will hold 126 freehold units, and handover is planned for Q2 2027. Construction is 38% complete.

Homes and sizes

The project will include studios from 38.74 m² to 59.55 m², 1 bedroom apartments from 74.97 m², 2 bedroom apartments from 151.53 m² to 177.63 m², and 3 bedroom apartments from 284 m². Three-level duplexes will also form part of the mix, with kitchens in the duplexes. Prices start at 636,918 AED for studios, 910,986 AED for 1 bedroom units, 1,440,000 AED for 2 bedroom units and 2,602,257 AED for 3 bedroom units. The price per m² is 8186 AED.

Finishes and fittings

Every apartment will have an Italian Scavolini kitchen and German Heimberg sanitaryware. Ceilings will reach up to three metres, and windows will run from floor to ceiling, including in the studios. A smart home system will serve the complex.

Payment plan

The payment plan is split in two halves. 20% is due on booking and 20% during construction, 10% is payable on handover, and the remaining 50% falls after handover.

Amenities and running costs

Residents will have use of a gym and a swimming pool. The service charge is 172.22 AED per m² a year.

Getting around

The future blue metro line will be 5 minutes away. Silicon Central Mall will be 8 minutes away, Dubai Outlet Mall 18 minutes, and Dubai Mall and Dubai International Airport 20 minutes. Dubai Outlet Mall has more than 240 shops with discounts on designer brands, clothing, accessories and home goods, plus restaurants. Two parks will be within walking distance.
