Me Do Re 2

Me Do Re 2 is a residential tower under construction in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, developed by Me Do Re. The 40 floor building rises beside the water in Cluster G, and handover is planned for Q4 2026. Construction is 98 per cent complete.

Apartments and layouts

The tower holds 425 apartments in four layouts: studios, one, two and three bedroom homes. Studios start at 39 m² and are priced from 1,250,000 AED. One bedroom apartments begin at 91.31 m² from 2,175,000 AED, and two bedroom homes start at 100 m² from 2,700,000 AED. The price per m² is 23,820 AED, and every home comes with a kitchen and bathroom. Windows are designed for panoramic views.

Ownership and payment

All homes are freehold. The base payment plan asks 20% on booking and 80% on handover, and plans with payments after handover run from one to four years. Service charges are set at 226.04 AED per m² a year.

Smart access and home systems

By design, residents will be recognised by 3D face recognition or by phone, while guests enter with a QR code sent from a resident's handset. A Legrand video intercom at each apartment door calls both the mobile and a seven inch panel inside, so the door can be opened remotely. KONE lifts assign a specific cabin to each passenger, and doors, lifts and common area entry work without touch. Parking recognises cars by plate, and each apartment has its own space.

Amenities

Residents will have the Serene Pool, a children's pool and a jacuzzi, plus a sauna and steam room. Health Club gym and a yoga studio serve the fitness side, and there is an award winning golf simulator. Billiards and table tennis each have their own room, and children get a play area. A multipurpose hall handles events and a prayer room is provided. Electric car charging sits on every parking level at selected premium apartments, and security runs around the clock.

The district

JLT covers more than two million m² and is built around water. The district counts 460 cafes, restaurants and hotels, 324 fitness and beauty outlets, 297 shops and 179 schools, nurseries and children's centres. A public park beside the tower has a football pitch, a basketball court and a children's playground, along with a dog area and the floating PadelX club. Carrefour Market, Spinneys and Zoom Market cover groceries, and Aster Clinic and Armada Medical Center sit within JLT. Montgomery Golf Course is 3.2 km away and Emirates Golf Club 3.7 km, while Marina Walk lies 4.1 km from the tower.
