Peace Lagoons

Peace Lagoons is a new residential building under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, developed by Peace Homes Development. The project is scheduled for handover in Q4 2027, and construction has reached 4%. Apartments are offered freehold, with prices starting from 1,080,000 AED.

The building and its apartments

Peace Lagoons will hold 1010 apartments in a single 17-storey building. The project sits in Dubai Residence Complex. The unit mix includes 2-bedroom apartments from 112.22 m² to 128.08 m², priced from 1,526,000 AED. A two-bedroom apartment will include a maid's room inside the unit, fitted for daily use.

Private pools and bedroom details

By design, every apartment will have its own pool, including studio units. The master bedroom will come furnished and finished with Italian ceramic. From the bedroom, residents will step out to a personal balcony with a pool. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

Layout choices

A one-bedroom layout will be extended with a study room, giving a separate space for calls and documents. Studios will be available alongside family-sized units, and buyers can compare apartments by their room composition. Floor and position within the building will vary between units. A reception lobby is planned for the building.

Shared amenities

Residents will have a lagoon with sun loungers and artificial rain, a beach pool, and a landscaped garden. A semi-open gym is planned, along with a volleyball court, a sports ground, a yoga studio, and places for yoga and meditation. A spa forms part of the amenities. For leisure, there will be a cinema room, a library, a games room, a barbecue area, and a children's playground. All of these facilities are for residents only.

Shopping and daily routes

A 30 000 sq ft shopping centre will be part of the complex. Beyond the project, Silicon Central Mall and Dubai Outlet Mall, with more than 240 shops and restaurants from fast food to everyday dining, are shopping addresses. Dragon Mart holds more than 3 500 retail points, including furniture, home goods, electronics, sports goods, and building materials. Global Village is a seasonal cultural and entertainment centre with country pavilions, shows, shopping, and food. Road links near the project include Emirates Road, Al Ain Road, and Sheikh Zayed Road, and bus stops include "Dubai Sky Courts, Windsor Residence" and "Academic City, Interchange 2".

Ownership terms and payment

The service charge is set at 150.69 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 20% on booking and 80% during construction. The project holds permit 0142800223.
