Red Square

Red Square is a residential project under construction in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai, built by Tiger Properties. The complex consists of Block I and Block II, two towers of 34 residential floors each, with handover planned for Q4 2026. Construction has reached 27%.

Apartments and Layouts

The two towers hold 866 apartments in total: 417 in the first block and 419 in the second. Studios number 207 in each block. One-bedroom apartments range from 60.55 m² to 85.2 m² and start at 1,368,906 AED. Two-bedroom apartments range from 85 m² to 85.71 m² and start at 1,872,168 AED. One-bedroom units will be located on the 33rd and 34th floors. Apartments will be handed over furnished. A separate plan exists for the first floor, while levels 2 to 13 and 15 to 24 have their own ranges.

Prices, Ownership and Payments

Prices start at 744,530 AED, at 21,851 AED per m². Ownership is freehold. The service charge is 107.64 AED per m² a year. Payment plans include a schedule of 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% after handover, and another of 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover.

Amenities in the Complex

Residents will have access to an open swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a barbecue area and a children's playground. A running and walking track will be laid out, along with tennis and basketball courts. Pets are allowed. Each tower will include five retail spaces, and parking floors will be provided in both blocks.

The District

JVT combines villas and apartments among green landscapes. The area has schools and children's playgrounds, parks and sports fields. Sunmarke School L.L.C is among the surrounding facilities, as are Synergy University Dubai, NMC Specialty Hospital, JLT Park, Circle mall and P7 Arena at the Media One hotel. Access to Dubai's main motorways is available from the district. Drive times given for the project include 17 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 19 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 20 minutes to Global Village and 23 minutes to Dubai Mall.
