Samana Portofino is an 11 storey residential building under construction in Dubai Production City, Dubai. Samana is the developer and handover is scheduled for Q2 2027. The project is freehold.

Apartments and Private Pools

The building will hold 226 units: studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms. Every layout has its own pool on the balcony, so a pool is part of the apartment by design. The smallest apartment starts from 406 sq ft. A studio includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with its own pool. The one bedroom layout adds a living room, walk in wardrobe, bathroom and guest bathroom. The two bedroom layout has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe.

Architecture

The facade is planned around smooth, flowing lines and natural materials. Colours and patterns take inspiration from the Italian Riviera. Interiors are designed with a modern, futuristic character. The building is intended as a recognisable point on the Dubai Production City skyline.

Beyond the private balcony pools, the project plans a main pool, a children's pool and a large pool deck. A water feature and greenery are planned around the pool area. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year. Construction progress stands at 60%. The building sits in Dubai Production City next to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. City Centre Me'aisem and Kids Kingdom Nursery School are 3 to 5 minutes away. GEMS United School and Dubai British School are 10 to 15 minutes away, and Dubai Marina and JBR beach are 15 to 20 minutes away.
