Sakandar is an 11 storey residential building under construction in Jabal Ali First, Dubai, developed by Azizi. The project is planned for handover in Q2 2027 and construction is 2% complete. Homes will be freehold.

Apartments and prices Building 1 will hold 226 apartments. One bedroom units will range from 59.92 m² to 87.61 m² and start at 1,054,000 AED. Two bedroom units will range from 102.57 m² to 102.94 m² and start at 1,657,000 AED. The price per m² is 12,978 AED.
