Raffi is a residential building under construction in Jabal Ali First, Dubai, developed by Azizi. The single eight-storey block will hold 167 apartments, with handover planned for Q1 2028. Apartments are freehold.

Location and connections The building sits in Al Furjan, and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road is one minute away. The Al Furjan metro station is seven minutes from the address. Dubai Marina and JBR are ten minutes away, Expo City Dubai twelve, and Palm Jumeirah fifteen. DIFC and Business Bay are the furthest regular destinations at twenty five minutes.

Apartments and prices The house will contain studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. Studios start at 60.02 m² and 1,044,000 AED. One bedroom units run from 64.29 m² to 89.65 m² and start at 1,079,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments measure 107.77 m² to 149.67 m² and start at 2,024,000 AED. Three bedroom homes range from 138.8 m² to 177.07 m² and start at 2,514,000 AED. The price per square metre is 14,847 AED, and the service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Payment plan 20% is due on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. Payments go to the project escrow account at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. The developer, Azizi Developments, has worked in Dubai since 2007.
