South Lofts

South Lofts is a six-floor residential building under construction in Dubai Industrial City, developed by Premier Choice. The project will bring 149 freehold apartments to this southern part of Dubai, with handover planned for Q2 2028. Apartments start at 649,000 AED.

Apartments and Floor Plans

The building holds studio and one bedroom apartments. Studios range from 313.88 to 363.07 sq ft, while the larger ground floor studios reach 668.76 sq ft. One bedroom layouts begin at 432.17 sq ft with type B, and type E spans 532.06 to 677.16 sq ft. The largest home, apartment 105 on the ground floor, measures 1111.16 sq ft. Types A and B will have the option of a private pool on the terrace.

The Podium Courtyard

The podium level will be given over to a shared courtyard with gardens and play areas, and the ground floor apartments will sit directly in it. The courtyard is divided into three parts: The Commons, The Retreat and The Sanctuary zones for movement. The Commons will include The Feast, The Atelier, The Greens, The Arena, The Playfield and Skyscope, while The Lounge will be the single zone of The Retreat. Pets will be allowed in the building, and a Pawscape will sit in the courtyard.

The Rooftop: The Horizon, The Forge and The Haven

The rooftop pool will be called The Horizon, with an infinity edge and a bar right by the water. Float and The Hub will sit beside it, and the wellness part of the roof will hold the gym The Forge and the spa The Haven, which will have a cold plunge pool at its centre. Sport will be spread over two levels: The Forge on the roof and the Stride and Flow zones on the podium, together with The Haven forming The Sanctuary.

Shared Rooms and Smart Home Technology

The building will have a coworking space, a games room, a cinema and a golf simulator. Each apartment will come with an Orvibo smart home panel with touch control and its own scenes, real-time energy monitoring and an Amazon Echo Show 10. A digital lock with several access methods and an app that works from any country will open the door. Interiors are designed with natural materials, clean lines and plenty of light.

Prices, Payment Plans and Ownership

Prices start at 649,000 AED, with a rate of 14,555 AED per m², and one bedroom apartments from 849,000 AED. Service charges are set at 161.46 AED per m² a year. Two payment plans will be available: 60/40, with the larger part paid during construction and the remainder on handover, or 50/10/40, where 40% is spread over three or five years after handover. Payments under the contract will go to the project's escrow account at Emirates NBD.
