Time 3

Time 3 is a residential tower under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, developed by Time Properties within the DubaiLand Residence Complex. The building is planned for handover in Q3 2027, and construction is 47% complete. Apartments are sold as freehold.

Apartments and layouts

The tower will hold 288 units across four formats: studios, and apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The 1 bedroom units will range from 73.11 m² to 114.73 m². Prices start from 954,000 AED, at 8713 AED per m².

Payment plan

A 10% payment is due on booking. During construction, 12 payments will total 50% of the price. A further 10% is payable on handover, and 30% falls after handover, so part of the price is settled once the keys are received.

Interiors

Apartments will feature marble and glass elements and individual wardrobes. Panoramic views of the Dubai cityscape are planned from the apartments. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

Building and amenities

The building will comprise one underground floor, one basement level, three podium levels and 17 floors above the podium. A concierge service will operate in the house, a children's play area is planned, and pets are permitted.

Ownership costs and location

Ownership is freehold. The service charge is 129.17 AED per m² a year. Wadi Al Safa 5 has green zones and a family atmosphere, and the district lies near key highways of Dubai. Bus stops Dubai Sky Courts, Windsor Residence and Dubai Sky Courts, Al Sondos Orchid are in the surroundings. Dubai Outlet Mall, Dragon Mart, Global Village, Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Frame and Jumeirah Mosque are among the city's destinations.
