Vega

Vega is a residential building by Acube Developers in Dubai Sports City, named after the brightest star in the constellation Lyra. The project is under construction with handover planned for Q2 2027, and construction is 20% complete. Apartments are available for freehold purchase, with prices starting from 892,476 AED.

Apartments and Layouts

The building will contain 129 units in total, from studios to apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Studio floor areas start at 412 sq ft, and the largest apartments reach 1488 sq ft. Apartments will be furnished and fully equipped by design. Each layout is planned around three things: convenience, style and functionality.

The Building

The tower will have 17 floors, with a ground floor, three podium levels and 18 residential floors above them. The design brings nature inside, with gardens containing water and stone, and greenery visible from every window. The building will be managed with a single touch. Vega is Acube Developers' third project.

Water and Spa

The amenities include a Sky Pool, interactive pools, a separate children's pool and a Pool Deck Lounge terrace by the water. A waterfall, a water cave and sensory water therapy are also part of the plans. The spa is split for privacy: men have their own sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, and women have their own sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.

Sport and Fitness

A fully equipped gym and a crossfit zone are planned inside the building. For games there will be a pickleball court, table tennis and a netted cricket area. For quieter training there is a pilates studio and an open-air yoga studio. An interactive treadmill is planned for running.

Children and Shared Spaces

Children will have an indoor play area, an outdoor playground and a separate playground for the youngest. A children's library and a children's pool are also planned. For adults there will be a co-working space, a multipurpose hall and a games room. In the evening residents can use an open-air cinema.

Location and Payment

Dubai International Cricket Stadium, The Els Club, Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Arjan and Motor City are within five minutes. City Centre Meaisem is 3 minutes away, and The Royal Grammar School, Dwight School Dubai and Australian International School are each 8 minutes away. Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha and Dubai Internet City are 10 to 15 minutes away. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 10% during construction in two parts, and 70% on handover, plus a separate 4% DLD fee. Service charges are 161.46 AED per m² a year, and the price per m² is 16,574 AED.
