The payment plan is 20% on booking and 80% on handover, with no payments during construction.

An infinity pool will sit at the centre of the building, with a children's pool and a deck for relaxing by the water beside it. A roof terrace will be part of the amenities. A barbecue area and an events hall will be available for gatherings.

Apartments will have smart thermostats and smart door locks, with room to add compatible devices, and air quality sensors will monitor indoor air.
