Wasel is a new residential project under construction in Dubai Islands, Dubai, developed by Azizi. The building is planned for handover in Q1 2028, with construction progress at 2%. It will hold 227 units across 13 floors and is freehold.

Apartments and Sizes

Wasel includes 1 bedroom apartments from 59.37 m² to 60.39 m², priced from 1,795,000 AED. Two bedroom units range from 87.14 m² to 106.41 m² and start at 2,761,000 AED. Three bedroom apartments run from 119.1 m² to 257.53 m², from 3,767,000 AED, while 4 bedroom units start at 345.32 m² and 10,480,000 AED, and 5 bedroom units from 543.2 m² and 13,534,000 AED. The price per m² is 24,915 AED. Apartments will occupy floors one to eleven, and residential units are gathered in Building 1; the ground floor is designated for commercial premises, including a space marked PHAR. for a pharmacy, retail units RTL 01, RTL 02 and Retail, and F&B premises with a separate BAR designation.

Payment Plan and Costs

The payment plan is 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover. Service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year.
