Aquino is a residential building under construction by BnW Developments on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with handover planned for Q2 2027. The building will have five residential floors and 29 units, and construction is 2% complete. Apartments are sold as freehold.

Apartments and layouts

The building will contain one, three and other apartment types, each with its own balcony, and the three bedroom apartment on the fifth floor will have two balconies. The three bedroom apartment has five bathrooms, a dressing room and a staff room, and covers 207.83 m². The one bedroom apartments start at 90.95 m² and at 2,356,465 AED. The three bedroom apartments start at 5,453,791 AED. Interiors are modular and windows are full height, so the space can be adapted and rooms take in light throughout the day.

Rooftop pool and gym

The roof will hold an infinity pool, a children's pool set apart from the adult pool, a deck by the water and an open air gym. A lift will go up to the roof, and toilets will sit by the lift lobby there. A barbecue area, seating spots and green zones are part of the planned amenities. Pets are allowed and a children's playground is planned.

Entrance and parking

The ground floor will hold the main entrance, a reception, a lounge and a lift lobby with a concierge. The building will have a car lift and parking with separate entry and exit.

Payment plan

20% is paid on booking, 10% two months after booking and 70% on handover. The 4% Ras Al Khaimah municipality fee is paid separately. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² per year.
