Uno-Luxe

Uno-Luxe is a new residential building under construction on Jazeerat Al Marjan in Ras Al Khaimah, developed by WOW Resorts. The seven-floor building will hold 89 residences and is scheduled for handover in Q4 2027. Homes are priced from 2,404,400 AED.

Residences and layouts

1 bedroom residences range from 77.16 m² to 116.51 m². The building will contain 89 residences in total, and 14 residences in Building 1 are currently for sale. Interior spaces run from 457 to 1 865 sq ft.

Ownership and payment

All residences are sold as freehold, in full ownership, including to foreign buyers. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 44% on handover. The price per m² is 24,188 AED.

Hotel-style services

Residences will come fully furnished and equipped, with calm colours and coastal-style finishes, spa-like bathrooms and storage planned in advance. Concierge service will be available around the clock, and food and drink will be brought to the apartment day and night. A valet will work 24 hours a day, and the house will have its own laundry and luggage storage room. A restaurant and bar will be open all day, from breakfast to dinner.

Amenities and shared spaces

A gym, a pool and a children's playground are part of the project. The pool will look onto the park next to the house. Residents will have a lobby lounge with panoramic views and a coworking lounge. They will also have access to the amenities of JW Marriott Residences, and a free shuttle will run to that complex and to Wynn Resorts.

The island and the building

Al Marjan Island is a man-made archipelago of four islands stretching 7.4 km, and Wynn Resorts, the first casino in the UAE, is under construction on the island. The resort will have 1 500 rooms, suites and villas, shops, a spa, and 24 restaurants and lounges. The house is a 1 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the resort. The drive to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport takes 30 minutes, to Sharjah International Airport 40 minutes and to Dubai International Airport 60 minutes.

Rental management

The developer runs a rental management programme for owners of residences in this building. The company handles tenants and services the apartment, and owners receive transparent reporting and can choose flexibly when to use the apartment themselves.
