Nura

Nura is a new residential project under construction in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. RAK is the developer, and handover is scheduled for Q1 2029. The building will have 325 units across 19 floors and is freehold.

Two towers on the central boulevard

Nura will consist of two towers, Tower A and Tower B, on the central boulevard of Mina, and will be the first residential address in the heart of Downtown Mina. Shops and cafes will occupy the ground floor. A garden with water and swimming pools will lie between the towers. Residents will be able to walk to Downtown Harbour and Mina Marina, and the drive to Wynn Casino will take 10 minutes.

Homes from 1 to 3 bedrooms

The project offers 1 bedroom apartments from 57.04 m² to 78.78 m², from 1,297,000 AED, and 2 bedroom apartments from 111.36 m² to 115.19 m², from 2,523,000 AED. 3 bedroom apartments start at 158.16 m² and 3,855,000 AED. Price per m² is 20,463 AED. By design, apartment windows will face the park, the sea, the harbour, the boulevard or the city skyline.

Shared spaces by design

A 25 metre main pool is planned, along with a two storey gym, an outdoor gym, a yoga studio and padel courts. A jogging track with an 85 metre tunnel, a climbing wall, a skate park, mini golf, table tennis and a petanque court are also planned. An eight metre lobby will include shops and space for exhibitions and an art gallery. The amenity list further includes a children's play area, a club house, a restaurant, a BBQ area, a cinema room and a pet zone.

Radiance Flow Garden

The garden between the towers is planned as one continuous space with water and greenery. It will include a lazy pool, a splash pool, an infinity edge, a jacuzzi, cabanas by the pool, a pool terrace and a waterfall. A stone step garden and a garden of edible greens are also planned. A rooftop deck with an infinity pool will sit above the boulevard.

Payment plan and service charge

14% is due on booking, 40% is paid during construction and 50% on handover. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.
