Mirasol 2

Mirasol 2 is a new residential project under construction in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, built by RAK Properties. It is the second phase of Mirasol, rising at the water's edge in North Harbour. Handover is planned for Q3 2028.

The Buildings

The project comprises two buildings. The taller one will rise to 15 floors, and residents will reach the shore directly behind the homes without a separate exit to the water. In total 284 apartments are planned, in a range of layouts from one to three bedrooms.

Apartments and Sizes

One bedroom apartments will measure from 74.22 m² to 120.26 m², with prices from 1,688,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments will range from 100.96 m² to 100.99 m², priced from 2,581,000 AED. Three bedroom apartments will run from 202.11 m² to 347.63 m², from 6,852,000 AED. The price per m² is 19,261 AED.

Ownership and Payments

All homes are freehold. A 14% payment is due on booking, with 10% during construction and 80% on handover; a second structure sets 14% on booking, 20% during construction and 70% on handover. Payments will go into an escrow account held at National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah. The annual service charge is 161.46 AED per m².

Amenities

By design the grounds will include a landscaped garden, a children's play area, a gym and a pool. The buildings will be guarded.

Location

Mina Al Arab sits in Ras Al Khaimah, and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is 15 minutes away. The marina, the yacht club and the resorts of the coastline will be a few minutes from the buildings, and Mina Boulevard with its cafes and boutiques is a walk from home.
