Richmond Residences

Richmond Residences is a nine-storey residential building under construction in Dafan Al Maireed, Ras Al Khaimah, developed by Mira Developments. The building will hold 293 apartments, from studios to three-bedroom duplexes, and handover is planned for Q3 2029. It is the first phase of Mira Coral Bay, a new coastal community.

Apartments and sizes

Studios start at 40.04 m² and 550,000 AED. One-bedroom apartments start at 79.34 m² and 1,100,000 AED. Two-bedroom apartments range from 131.09 m² to 167.78 m² and start at 1,750,000 AED. Three-bedroom apartments range from 167.78 m² to 237.83 m² and start at 2,300,000 AED. The house will contain 210 studios, 54 one-bedroom apartments, six two-bedroom apartments and twelve two-bedroom duplexes, eight three-bedroom apartments and three three-bedroom duplexes.

Interiors by John Richmond

The British designer John Richmond brings his aesthetic from clothing into the residential interiors. Every apartment is sold fully furnished: Italian-made furniture, designer lighting, a kitchen with built-in appliances, household appliances, bed linen and tableware. The price per square metre is 13,350 AED.

Hotel-style services

The building will operate with five-star hotel service: a concierge, housekeeping, a valet at the door and round-the-clock security. Property management is part of the service, and a cafe will open in the lobby. A landscaped garden and parking are planned at the building, along with a gym and a children's pool.

The Mira Coral Bay community

Richmond Residences sits within Mira Coral Bay, a community with private beaches, swimming pools and waterfront restaurants, plus a yacht club and marina. The community is being built in partnership with Marjan, the master developer of Ras Al Khaimah. It is the first waterfront community in the world where several branded houses stand side by side; besides homes it will include five-star hotels, beach clubs, shops and restaurants.

Payment plan and Mira Care

The payment plan is 20% on booking, 25% during construction, 9% on handover and 50% after handover, spread over three years. Ownership is freehold. Each apartment comes with the Mira Care programme: a five-year warranty covering load-bearing structures and main building systems, including utility networks, lighting and wall painting. Freestanding furniture carries a three-year warranty and built-in elements five years.

Location

The address is Al Mairid, Ras Al Khaimah. The centre of the emirate is 8 km away, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is 25 km away and about 25 minutes by car. Al Marjan Island is 20 km and 20 minutes away, the Al Hamra golf club 22 km and 20 minutes. Sharjah is 60 km away, about an hour by car, and Dubai 110 km, about an hour and a half. The Wynn resort is scheduled to open on Al Marjan Island in 2027.
