The Astera by Aston Martin

The Astera by Aston Martin is a 16-floor residential tower under construction in Jazeerat Al Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah. DarGlobal is building it with Aarvees Group, and handover is planned for Q4 2028. The building holds 272 apartments and is freehold.

Apartments and residences

Homes range from 1 bedroom apartments starting at 78.69 m² and 2,711,801 AED to two-level residences with three bedrooms. Across the collection, unit sizes run from 665 to 2876 sq ft. One bedroom layouts come in types A, B and C. Two bedroom layouts run from type A to type E. Three bedroom residences are single-level or two-level, with a lower floor and an upper floor. Balconies appear in the residence layouts.

Interiors by Aston Martin

Interiors are created together with the British marque founded in London by Robert Bamford and Lionel Martin more than one hundred ten years ago. The design draws on the elegant lines and dynamic forms of Aston Martin products. Natural fine leather, polished metals and exotic woods meet in the finishes. Every apartment will be delivered with kitchen appliances installed. Materials may be replaced with equivalent ones; only the sale contract has force.

Water, spa and leisure

The tower podium holds the main waterside amenities and connects directly to the island shoreline. A landscaped infinity pool with open water views and a pool bar are planned at podium level, along with direct access to a private beach. A spa and a walking path through greenery also sit on the podium. A gym, a yoga lawn and a green-zone walking path are planned there too. Indoors, the project plans a cinema, a restaurant, a multi-purpose hall and a children's play area.

Views and setting

Residences will look out over the Arabian Gulf, the city skyline and the island. Jazeerat Al Marjan is a man-made archipelago of four coral-shaped islands extending into the gulf. The home sits on the first line of Al Marjan Island.

Payment and ownership

Apartments and townhouses are sold freehold. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 60% during construction split into four parts, and 20% on handover. Service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year. The escrow account is held by Emirates NBD Bank PJSC.
