Seamont Autograph Collection by Marriott

Seamont Autograph Collection by Marriott is a residential project under construction on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, built by Royal Group with Royal Development Holding and SAAS Properties. It is the first Autograph Collection by Marriott residence in the UAE and combines coastal living with five-star hotel service. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2028.

The Building and Its 497 Residences

The building will rise 22 floors and contain 497 units, with 11 apartments currently on sale in Building 1. Buyers choose by bedroom count: one bedroom apartments will run from 80.78 m² to 109.41 m², two bedrooms from 132.69 m² to 189.06 m², and three bedrooms from 248.85 m² to 419.34 m². Penthouses and townhouses will form separate housing formats within the project.

Prices, Payment and Ownership

Homes are freehold. Prices start at 2,337,000 AED, with a rate of 19,634 AED per m². One bedroom units start at 2,337,000 AED, two bedrooms at 3,668,000 AED and three bedrooms at 6,991,000 AED. The payment plan divides 12% on booking, 20% during construction and 70% on handover, so the main payment falls due at handover. Service charges are 322.92 AED per m² a year.

Design and the Waterfront

The project has a direct exit to the promenade, on a coastal plot in Shams Abu Dhabi, with the bay and Saadiyat Island on one side and the urban part of Abu Dhabi on the other. Balconies will curve along the facade like waves, and architectural lines will echo the horizon. The lobby is planned with natural materials, soft textures and sculptural forms, and diffused light and open sightlines will link interior spaces with the outdoors. Homes will look toward the emerging cultural district of the neighbouring island. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

Hotel Service and Marriott Bonvoy

Concierge and à la carte services form part of the residential service programme. Each resident will receive Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite membership with global privileges. A residents' lounge will serve as a shared living room for meeting neighbours outside the apartment.

Amenities and Daily Life

Open infinity pools will be surrounded by greenery and face the bay, with separate swimming zones for adults and children. A steam room and sauna will complement recovery, and the gym will receive natural light. For training outdoors there will be an outdoor fitness area, an open yoga deck and a climate-controlled yoga studio. A padel court is planned alongside a tennis court. A business lounge and meeting room will have network connection, a private cinema will be fitted with soft seating and clear sound, and a games room will serve group leisure. The landscaped gardens will include seating areas and a barbecue area. The Children's Discovery Zone will receive natural light, with soft materials inside, and an outdoor play area will extend play outside.

Around the Project

Al Fay Park and Reem Central Park are part of the surroundings, the latter with fountains and children's playgrounds. Repton School, Repton Senior School and Sorbonne University are among the nearby landmarks. Reem Hospital and Cleveland Clinic are also in the circle of medical addresses. For shopping, Reem Mall and Boutik Mall are nearby, and The Galleria Al Maryah Island is also close.
