Ajman Creek Towers

Ajman Creek Towers is a residential district of five towers under construction in Ajman, at Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum. GJ Properties is building it, and handover is planned for Q4 2027. Construction has reached 27 per cent.

Apartments and layouts

The project holds 1775 units in total, and every tower has 25 floors. Apartments have one, two or three bedrooms, and commercial premises are part of the district as well. One bedroom apartments start at 99.99 m² and at 742,808 AED, two bedrooms start at 145.09 m² and at 1,233,798 AED, and three bedrooms start at 255.41 m² and at 2,226,879 AED. The three bedroom apartments, with five bathrooms and a separate maid's room, are in towers 2, 3 and 4.

Windows and views

Windows look out on water, on the city, or on both at once, and each layout carries its view in its marking, including Creek View and Creek & City View. Water views are written into the district's list of amenities. By design the windows of the three bedroom apartments face the water.

Amenities

Residents will share a swimming pool, a park, a gym, a children's play area and a marina, all planned within the district. Central air conditioning, parking, round the clock security and video surveillance complete the list. A parking space is provided with every apartment type.

Interiors

The kitchen in every apartment will be built in, together with appliances and a work counter. Bathrooms are spacious and fitted with modern sanitary ware. Apartments with one and two bedrooms have two bathrooms each, so five in the three bedroom layout. The living room is planned as the main room of the apartment.

Ownership, payments and charges

All apartments are sold freehold. The payment plan is 14 per cent on booking, 24 per cent during construction, 16 per cent on handover and 50 per cent after handover. The service charge is 86.11 AED per m² a year, and the price per m² starts at 8323 AED.
