Beverly Gardens is a residential building under construction in Discovery Gardens, Dubai, developed by HMB Homes. The single ten-storey block is planned for handover in Q4 2026 and construction is 75% complete. Apartments are sold as freehold.

Apartments and Prices

The building will hold 221 units. Studios start at 36.51 m² and 700,000 AED, and one-bedroom apartments start at 91.51 m² and 1,224,000 AED. The price per m² is 19,173 AED. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year. The home will include studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms, and in a one-bedroom apartment the bed moves from the living room into a separate room. Bathrooms are designed to be fresh and functional. Interior finishes will use natural materials, warm light and muted tones, with soft lines.

Payment Plan

A 20% payment is due on booking, followed by 40% during construction and 40% on handover. The construction portion is paid in four parts of 10%: the first sixty days after booking, the next three at 20%, 40% and 60% construction readiness. Buyer funds go to escrow account 200,794,709 at United Bank Limited, and the project is entered in the DLD register under number 3029.

Amenities

Residents will share an infinity pool, a landscaped garden and a quiet water corner, along with barbecue zones and a fire pit lounge area. A fully equipped gym with high-class machines will be private to the building. There will be a paddling court, a running track and a sports area, and children get their own play area. The shared roof will hold an open-air cinema and serve as a common living room the rest of the time. The entrance lobby, The Atrium, is designed with soft lines and muted tones, and the lobby is deliberately tall. The building will have a single roof shared by all residents: one building, not a cluster of towers.

The Discovery Gardens metro station is next to the building, and The Gardens, Al Furjan and Jabal Ali stations are also nearby. Bus stops Discovery Garden 13, Discovery Garden Al Asayel Street and both stops at Discovery Garden Pavilion Shopping Center are within reach. Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Hills Mall are 15 to 20 minutes away, and shopping is also possible at Marina Mall and Mall of Emirates. Sheikh Zayed Road is easily accessible by car.
