Dream Life Residence is a single residential building that Seeniun Properties is constructing on island A of the Dubai Islands archipelago in Dubai. The building is under construction, with handover planned for Q1 2027, and 31% of the work is complete. Apartments are sold as freehold.

The building and its apartments

The building has a ground floor and two podium levels, with 10 residential floors above them. CARD records 109 units in the building. Apartments range from 1 to 4 bedrooms, and the project also includes very spacious residences with 6 bedrooms. The available homes include 1 bedroom units from 74.63 m² to 83.37 m², 2 bedroom units from 103.25 m² to 112.45 m², and 3 bedroom units from 132.39 m² to 133.04 m². Ceilings will rise to 3.2 m, higher than is usual in new buildings, and the windows will run from floor to ceiling, giving a 180 degree outlook from the apartments.

Price and payment

Prices start at 1,727,276 AED for a 1 bedroom apartment, at 2,308,355 AED for a 2 bedroom apartment and at 3,021,229 AED for a 3 bedroom apartment. The price per m² is 20,528 AED. The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year. The payment plan sets 34% on booking and 70% on handover. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held at First Abu Dhabi Bank, and the project is registered with the Dubai Land Department.

Architecture and shared spaces

The architecture rests on simple lines, wide balconies and floor to ceiling glass. The facade is formed of white horizontal balcony bands that run along the full length of each floor, so each apartment will have outdoor space for a table and chairs. The entrance lobby will rise through two floors, with walls clad in large marble slabs, a sculpture at the centre and a cascading chandelier above it, and lounge seating around it. The podium will house shops and cafes. Apartments will be fitted with smart home technology.

Amenities and services

The main amenity will be an infinity pool with a sea view, with sun loungers, shaded rest areas and green zones beside it, and a separate children's pool. For sport there will be a modern gym, a running track and mini golf, and for gatherings a barbecue area, a coffee bar and a meeting room. A viewing gallery, multifunctional lounges, covered parking and round the clock security are part of the plan, and pets are allowed. A concierge team will handle everyday requests, cleaning will be available on request, and a kindergarten will operate on request. A children's playground sits alongside the children's pool.

Location

The building stands on island A of Dubai Islands, and the beach is 7 minutes away and Nakheel Mall 2 minutes away. Downtown Dubai is 15 minutes away, Dubai's business districts 20 minutes, Dubai International Airport 18 minutes and Burj Al Arab 35 minutes.

Interiors and finishes

The kitchen will come fully equipped, with matte handleless fronts, a gas hob, a built in oven and a hood concealed in the cabinets, and Siemens and Bosch among the appliance brands. Bathrooms will be finished in a clean minimalist style with Kohler, TOTO and RAK Ceramics sanitaryware. Bedrooms will have built in wardrobes and considered lighting. Air conditioning units will come from Gree, LG and Daikin, lifts from Hitachi and KONE, and tiles from Guanzhu and Dongpeng. Living room and kitchen will be connected, with light entering through the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony beyond the glass.
