Celeste by Meraki

Celeste by Meraki is a freehold residential project under construction in Dubai South, developed by Meraki Developers. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2029. The building will contain studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, with prices from 683,000 AED.

Apartments and layouts

Studios start at 38.83 m² and 683,000 AED. One bedroom apartments start at 70.24 m² and 1,156,000 AED, and two bedroom apartments start at 84.36 m² and 1,397,000 AED. The price per m² is 16,459 AED. Sample units range from 412.04 to 1074.45 sq ft, and some layouts include a separate bedroom and a guest bathroom. A studio sample measures 332.28 sq ft inside with 79.76 sq ft of outdoor space, and its balcony is part of the plan. A one bedroom sample covers 767.04 sq ft, of which 612.04 sq ft is internal and 155.00 sq ft is outside, with the bedroom separated from the living room and a guest washroom beside the main bathroom. For two bedrooms, one sample measures 899.86 sq ft, with 739.05 sq ft inside and 160.81 sq ft outside.

Site and ownership

The plot, RB-7, sits within a residential quarter. The project is also known as Dubai South Project by Meraki, and both names refer to the same building. Apartments are bought in full freehold ownership. Roads reach the plot from both the front and the rear. The developer combines its own design and construction divisions and builds the project itself.

Shops and coworking

A retail gallery will run along the main facade, with shops included in the building itself, and a coworking space will sit inside the house. A shared hall is planned for meeting neighbours, and the lobby is part of the common areas.

Pools, fitness and children's areas

The main pool will be built as an infinity pool with a gradual entry, and a separate water zone is planned for children. A relaxation deck and shaded seating form part of the outdoor common spaces, and a landscaped balcony with a panoramic view adds to the leisure areas. An open air cinema will be laid out with a lawn. Yoga will have an open outdoor platform, and a fitness studio will serve indoor training. Children's play areas are planned both indoors and outdoors.

Location and surroundings

GEMS Foundation School is 900 metres from the house. Grand Express Supermarket and Lulu Hypermarket are part of the surroundings. Medcare Medical Centre is 15 minutes away and NMC Specialty Hospital 21 minutes. Dubai Parks & Resorts is 24 minutes away, Dubai Marina 37 minutes and Palm Jumeirah 45 minutes. Residential quarters were part of the district plan from the start, alongside aviation, logistics and business infrastructure, with Al Maktoum International Airport at the centre of the plan. Roads, utilities and district infrastructure were designed together with the housing.
