Electra

Electra is a residential tower under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, developed by Acube Developers. The building is planned for handover in Q2 2027 and is 9% complete. It will hold 281 units across 32 floors, with prices starting from 1,552,326 AED.

Apartments and Layouts

The tower is mainly residential, with apartments in one and two bedroom layouts. Windows will face the city or the golf course, which will be visible in full. Pets are permitted, so residents can move in with a dog or a cat. The architecture is contemporary, with clean lines, bold use of materials and sustainable design principles. The building follows vastu rules.

Pools and Water Areas

The podium will hold pools, a mini aquapark with slides and a family zone. The Beach Themed Pool is designed as a beach, with golden sand by the water, palms and beach tents. Children will have Kid's Water Showers, and the pool deck will include a Pool Deck Lounge. There will also be a Sky Pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and an Exotic Water Feature.

Children's Play and Games

Children's play areas are planned both inside the building and outdoors. The youngest residents will have a Toddler's Play Room, and there will be an interactive play room, a children's library and tables with board games, including giant ones. A mini bowling alley is planned, and the arcade room will mix classic and virtual games. An indoor mini golf course is designed for players of any level, so children and adults can play on the same field. A children's play area is listed among the building's amenities.

Garden, Dining and Shared Spaces

The building will include a barbecue corner, a pizza corner and a picnic area. Residents can cook in the Family Kitchen and at the Chef's Table, and there will be an Indoor Dining hall. A Zen Secret Garden and an open air yoga studio are planned, along with a landscaped deck on the podium. The lobby is designed with high ceilings and soft furniture, and a concierge service will operate in the building.

Sport, Spa and Services

The gym will be equipped from weights to cardio, and there will be an aerobics room and a yoga room. Saunas and steam rooms will be separate for men and women. Water treatments include Antarctic Water Showers, a hydrotherapy pool and an indoor jacuzzi. A coworking space, a business lounge with free Wi-Fi and a library are planned, along with a Luxury Indoor Cinema and a Baggage Drop Off zone. There will be bicycle parking and electric car charging, and an ANPR system will recognize car numbers at entry.

Payment Plans

Keys are scheduled for Q2 2027. The apartment is sold on a forty sixty scheme in two variants. In the first, the first part is paid at booking together with the DLD fee, another part in four equal installments during construction, and the larger part at handover. The second variant starts the same way, but less is paid at handover, with the remainder spread over forty monthly installments after handover, until November 2030. Payments go to the project's escrow account at Dubai Islamic Bank, and the project is registered with the Dubai Land Department.
