Oxford Cove

Oxford Cove is a new-build residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, developed by Iman Developers. The building is under construction, with handover planned for Q1 2029. It will hold 253 units, and prices start from 1,674,068 AED.

Apartments and layouts

The project offers 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 109.72 m² to 126.81 m², with prices from 1,674,068 AED. The price per m² is 15,258 AED. By design, the building will include four duplexes with two bedrooms and a small pool. A typical layout includes a maid's room and a balcony of 748 sq ft. Thirty one-bedroom apartments and 15 two-bedroom apartments will have a separate study.

Two pools on different levels

A 38-metre leisure pool is planned for the ground floor, with a children's pool and a dining area. On the roof, a 30-metre infinity pool with a jacuzzi is planned. Around the ground floor water, the plans show a terrace with sun loungers, outdoor showers, a walking path and outdoor seating, plus an open-air dining area. The roof terrace will have sun loungers, seating and a reading area. A barbecue area and outdoor chess are also planned for the roof.

Clubhouse, workspaces and lounges

The podium level will hold a clubhouse with workspaces and lounge areas. Plans include hot desk workspaces, a quiet reading area, a drinks zone and a kitchenette. A shared relaxation lounge, a TV lounge and hanging pods are also planned. There will be a games lounge and an entertainment arcade. On the ground floor, the entrance lobby is designed with a double-height ceiling and includes seating and meeting areas. The lower level will contain 6 commercial units from 680 sq ft, and a cafe is among the project's amenities.

Fitness and wellness

The roof will hold a fitness centre, a strength zone, a free weights studio and an endurance hub. A functional training track and a cardio terrace are planned, along with a meditation deck and an outdoor activity area. A yoga studio is listed among the amenities. A children's playground and a sports court are also part of the plans.

Ownership, payments and the area

Ownership is freehold. The service charge is 204.51 AED per m² a year. Under the 50/50 payment plan, 20 percent is due on booking, 10 percent after 90 days, 10 percent at 20 percent construction and 10 percent at 40 percent construction, with the remaining half due on handover. JVC has direct exits onto Al Khail Road and Hessa Street. The district contains Circle Mall, parks, medical facilities, JSS International School and the Little Wonders Nursery and Kids World Nursery.
