Apartments and sizes The project will contain 333 units across 12 floors. The unit type is 1 bedroom, with sizes from 77.3 m² to 110 m². Prices for these apartments start from 1,570,034 AED, at 20,267 AED per m².

Ownership and charges All units are freehold. The service charge is set at 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Payment plan 24% is due on booking. A further 15% is payable during construction. 30% falls due on handover, and 35% after handover.

Amenities A concierge service will operate in the building. Residents will have access to a gym, a spa, a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi. The plans include a cinema room, a games room and a children's play area. A barbecue area, a landscaped garden and a swimming pool are also part of the project.
