Blossom 40 is a freehold residential project in Majan, Dubai, built by Tranquil Infra Developers. The nine-floor building is under construction, with handover planned for Q4 2028. It will hold 66 apartments.

Apartments and Sizes

The home offers 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, and apartment areas run from 80.18 to 122.16 m². The 1 bedroom layouts start at 66.15 m² and at 1,324,705 AED. The 2 bedroom layouts range from 93.74 m² to 99.59 m². Ceiling heights and façade lines will be repeated in the interior design, and the layouts will include spacious living zones, kitchens and bedrooms finished with premium-class materials. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

Pool, Sauna and Gym

A double-height infinity pool area with controlled water temperature is planned for the project. After a swim, residents will be able to use the sauna or the steam room, both part of the building's amenities. A gym will sit on the roof, where a lounge with a barbecue area is also planned. A children's play area will be connected to a golf surface, and a separate play zone will be provided for pets.

Majan and Dubailand

Majan is part of Dubailand, bringing together residential buildings, shops and commercial space. A direct exit from the district leads to the E311 highway, which connects to Downtown Dubai and to DXB airport. Al Barari's gardens lie next to Blossom 40, with more than five hundred thousand trees, and more than sixty percent of that neighbouring community's territory is given over to greenery. Its master plan covers fifteen million square feet. Nearby landmarks include IMG Worlds of Adventure, Global Village, Miracle Garden, Dubai Butterfly Garden and Dubai Outlet Mall.

Payment Plans

Buyers can pay in instalments or in full at booking. On the instalment plan, 1% is paid at booking, 29% across construction and 70% on handover. A 4% discount applies to this plan. Paying the full price at booking brings a 10% discount. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.
