Linea by Holm is a seven-storey residential building under construction in Jumeirah Gardens, Dubai. Holm Developments is the developer, and handover is scheduled for Q2 2028. The building will hold 210 apartments.

Apartments and Sizes

The project includes studios from 35.86 m² to 51.32 m², priced from 1,292,444 AED. One-bedroom apartments run from 49.34 m² to 96.53 m² and start at 1,684,579 AED. Two-bedroom apartments begin at 89.45 m² and are priced from 2,616,061 AED. The price per m² is 22,507 AED.

Ownership and Costs

All apartments are sold as freehold. The service charge is 172.22 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is split into 20% on booking, 15% during construction and 65% on handover. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held by Emirates NBD.

Amenities in the Building

Residents will have access to a children's play area, a gym, a landscaped garden and a barbecue area. The building also includes an infinity pool and a padel court. Pets are permitted.

The Building and Its Setting

The building will have seven floors, with a garden and green terraces at ground level and an open roof on top. Apartments on one side of a floor will face the garden, and those on the other side will face the surrounding neighbourhood. The lobby is designed as a spacious entrance hall that marks the step from the city into the building.

Location and Transport

The project sits in Jumeirah Gardens, with a direct exit onto Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Wasl Road nearby. The World Trade Centre metro station is within walking distance, and Downtown Dubai and DIFC can be reached without a car. Jumeirah Mosque, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future and Emirates Towers are among the landmarks in the surrounding area.
