Maison Elysee I & II

Maison Elysee I & II is a new-build project by Pantheon in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The development is under construction, with handover planned for Q1 2027. It is a freehold address.

The Buildings

Two 22-storey towers share a common basement and podium, with each tower designated as Building 1 and Building 2. The complex has 6 lifts. Across both buildings there are 710 units. Each building holds 355 lots in total, including commercial premises, so the lot count covers more than apartments alone. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract is binding.

Apartments and Prices

Studios measure 36.2 m² to 37.84 m² and start from 774,900 AED. One-bedroom apartments range from 60.2 m² to 66.83 m² and start from 1,179,900 AED. The price per m² is 19,451 AED. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year. In Building 1, 19 lots are currently available: 12 studios, 5 one-bedroom apartments and 2 commercial premises. Building 2 has 26 lots available, of which 9 are studios and 15 are one-bedroom apartments.

Payment Plan

The purchase plan is split into stages: 20% on booking, 40% during construction, 5% on handover and 35% after handover. Part of the price can therefore be paid after the keys are handed over.

Commercial Units

Commercial units range from 157.12 m² to 181.64 m² and start from 5,919,410 AED. Commercial space occupies 3360 square feet within the development and forms a separate part of the building. A parking space is provided for every format, including studios.

Amenities

A landscaped adult pool will be accompanied by a terrace with greenery around it. Children will have their own pool and a play area. An open-air cinema is planned on the shared podium. A gym will face the water, and a fully equipped outdoor fitness centre is also planned. A tennis court, a basketball court and a sports area complete the facilities, alongside a cinema room.
